UNeTech Institute is pleased to announce the fellows accepted into the second year of Opportunity Corps: Women in STEAM and the first year of Opportunity Corps: Bell-Jewell, our ten-month programs to teach community members about entrepreneurship using both I-Corps inspired curriculum and mentorship.
Opportunity Corps: Women in STEAM, in its second year, is a partnership with Bio Nebraska, and offers women or femme-identifying people in the Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) fields the chance at a ten-month fellowship and $500 stipend for completion. Program leaders include Sasha Forsen, Jace Gatzemeyer, Jenny Pool, and Stephanie Kidd. Mentors for this program include: Agnes Lenagh, Amanda Wilson, Haley Haas, Itzel Lopez, and Shannon Lang.
